Delivery times & costs

*Estimated time after dispatch. Shipping is calculated by weight and size at checkout. All prices in AUD.

Free shipping

• Free Standard shipping is applied automatically at checkout to Australian orders of $180 or more.
• It doesn't apply to Express shipping, international orders, or bulky and heavy items, which are always charged postage.
• Products labelled ‘Free Shipping’ ship free within Australia on their own. If your cart also includes other products and totals under $180, postage applies to those other products.
• For exchanges, a postage charge applies to send out the replacement item, even if your original order shipped free.

Processing & tracking

• Most orders are dispatched the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
• When your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with your tracking link within 24 hours of dispatch.
• If you order several items, we'll do our best to send them together. If your order needs to ship in more than one parcel, we'll let you know.

Bulky, heavy & Australia-only items

Some larger equipment has its own delivery rules, shown on the product page:

• Australia only. Bulky and heavy items, and some brands, can only be delivered within Australia.
• Postage quote may be required. Some heavy equipment needs a postage quote before your order can be processed. If you see “no shipping available” at checkout, contact us at sales@thefightclub.com.au for a quote.
• Postage always applies. These items are excluded from free shipping, whatever your cart total, and Express may not be available.

Delivery addresses

• Please use a street address. We can't guarantee delivery to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, and orders sent to them may be delayed or returned.
• Double-check your address before placing your order. The Fight Club can't be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
• Need to change your address? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually update it before your order is dispatched.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for [5] business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number (and photos of any damage). We'll follow it up with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if your parcel is lost or damaged in transit.

International shipping

Australian GST is removed from all international orders. Bulky and heavy items can't be shipped outside Australia. Your order may attract import duties, taxes or brokerage fees set by your country's customs. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices. Check with your local customs office for details.
