Shipping policy
SHIPPING INFORMATION
You will receive a confirmation via email when your order has shipped, along with tracking information within 24 hours of dispatch. Delivery times may vary between carriers.
If multiple items are ordered together, we will make our best effort to include all items in one delivery. Otherwise, we will notify you to confirm there will be more than one delivery for your order.
Please do not enter a PO Box or Parcel Locker as your shipping address, as we cannot guarantee your order will be delivered by Australia Post.
Ensure you have the correct shipping address on your order. The Fight Club cannot be held responsible for deliveries to an incorrect shipping address.
Orders that qualify for free shipping are only applicable to deliveries to Australian addresses using the Standard postage option. Express shipping and international addresses will incur a postage charge.
Bulky or heavy items are excluded from free shipping and will incur a postage charge regardless of cart total.
If your cart contains both a 'Free Shipping' product and a regular product, and the total is below the free shipping threshold of $180, a postage charge may apply.
For exchanges on orders that qualified for free shipping, a postage charge will apply to send out the replacement item.
AUSTRALIA
Delivery times are between 2 – 5 business days. Delivery times to WA and NT vary; please allow 5 – 10 business days.
NEW ZEALAND
Delivery times are between 3 – 6 business days depending on delivery location.
Australian GST will be removed and New Zealand GST will be added on all orders.
Unfortunately, bulky and heavy items are unable to be posted to New Zealand.
Orders shipping to New Zealand may incur duties and taxes. Please consult your local customs office for more details. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees incurred on your international order shipment.
