UFC - Official Fight Gear & Training Equipment

The UFC range covers both ends of the sport. At one end sit the Official Pro Competition Fight Gloves, the same specification worn in the Octagon, in men's and women's fits. At the other is the Contender line, which is where most people actually start: a complete set of training equipment, from gloves and wraps through to heavy bags and focus mitts, priced so you can kit out a home gym without a second mortgage. It's the only brand we carry that spans both.

MMA and Boxing Gloves

The Official Pro Competition Fight Gloves at $216.95 are the fight-night article, built to the specification used in professional bouts. For training, the Contender range runs a clear ladder: 5oz gloves for competition-spec work, 7oz grappling gloves for lighter rolling, and 8oz sparring gloves in black, blue and red for when you're actually hitting a partner. Open Palm training gloves at $69.95 are the entry point. On the striking side, the Pro Tonal boxing gloves come in 12oz, 14oz and 16oz at $119.95, with Contender Muay Thai style training gloves as a longer-cuff alternative.

Bags and Pads

This is where the Contender line earns its place. Heavy bags come filled and ready to hang, in a 70lb standard and 80lb or 100lb MMA versions, all currently well under normal price. Speed bags are available in leather at 9″×6″ and 10″×7″ or in Maya PU, with a double end bag for timing and head movement. For partner work, the focus mitts come in short and long curved profiles, alongside a Muay Thai pad and a multi strike shield.

Wraps, Headgear and Accessories

Contender hand wraps come in 4.5m lengths in black, white, blue and red at $17.95, with quick wrap inner gloves and EVA knuckle padding if you'd rather skip the wrapping. The synthetic leather open face training headgear covers sparring, and jump ropes come in speed and leather versions from $17.95.
