How to return an item
Contact us
Email sales@thefightclub.com.au with your order number, the item you're returning, and whether you'd like an exchange, store credit or refund.
Pack your item
Pack the item in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and include a note with your order number and your preference.
Send it back
Post it to the address below. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns that don't reach us.

Return conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused. Trying items on is fine.
- Original packaging must be undamaged and in resaleable condition, with all tags attached.
- Returns that don't meet these conditions can't be accepted.
Refunds & exchanges
- Refunds are made to your original payment method once we've received and checked your return. We'll email you when it's processed.
- Store credit is issued for the value of your item once we've received and checked your return.
- Exchanges are sent out once your return arrives. A postage charge applies to send out the replacement item, even if your original order shipped free.
Return postage
Return postage is the customer's responsibility, unless your item is faulty, you received the wrong item, or as otherwise required by law.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, not fit for purpose, or doesn't match its description, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll cover the return postage and sort out a repair, replacement or refund.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in full, including to items listed as exclusions above.
