EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We offer a 30-day hassle-free returns policy. Items may be returned for an exchange, store credit, or refund.
To lodge a return, follow these steps:
1. Contact Us Email our customer service team at sales@thefightclub.com.au and quote your order number.
2. Pack Your Item Pack the item in its original packaging. Packaging must be undamaged and in resaleable condition, with all tags attached. Items must not be worn (trying on is fine), washed, or used in any way - returns that do not meet these conditions will not be approved.
Please note: groin guards and undergarments cannot be exchanged for health and safety reasons.*
3. Send It Back Post the item to:

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item has been deemed faulty, incorrectly received, or as otherwise required by law.
